Admissions Process

When you call our hotline a caring specialist will assist you in determining the most effective treatment options for you or your loved one. If it is determined that one of our residential plans and/or medical detox is appropriate, you will be guided through the necessary steps and provided with all of the information to prepare you for your stay at Moffitt Wellness Retreat.  

A physical and mental admission form (see below) will need to be filled out for evaluation by our Medical Team to determine the best course of action. If a medical detox is necessary, we will assist you in preparing the forms for our Medical Team. We will be with you every step of the way to make your detoxification process as safe and comfortable as possible.

Completed admissions forms should be filled out as soon as possible and returned to our admissions specialists as soon as possible, a determined course of action will be decided by our team of professionals within 24 hours.

At Moffitt Wellness Retreat, we want what is best for you first and foremost.

If it is determined that another facility is more suitable for you or your loved one, we will provide you with their contact information and thoroughly explain the reasons for our decision.

When accepted into the Moffitt Wellness Retreat's drug and alcohol program it is only the first step in the process of regaining your life. What will it cost?

Don’t let prospective costs stop you from calling. Our staff will inform you of any expenses that may occur during your stay. We will work with you to make the admissions process and time at Moffitt Wellness Retreat as comfortable and affordable as possible. We understand the financial stresses and struggles that often accompany a life of drug addiction and alcoholism, if it is determined that payments are necessary, we will discuss a plan that works for you. 

Moffitt Wellness Retreat has partnered with My Treatment Lender.com to provide the financial assistance needed for Addictions Treatment.  It is very important to us to remove any hurdles preventing you to get treatment.

In working with Moffitt Wellness Retreat, this program is ideal for:

1.  People who don't have Insurance and cannot afford the out-of-pocket expense.

2.  People who want to be extremely confidential and do not want to use their personnel Insurance.

What should I bring?  

• Swim Suit and Running Shoes
• Comfortable clothing for a 15 to 30 day stay.  Keep in mind that in the winter months the evenings and mornings are cooler and to bring long sleeves.
• Personal Hygiene Items
• Required Non-Addictive Prescribed Medications - 30 day supply
• Passport Identification
